Estoy especialmente satisfecha con el último trabajo que fue lavar un tapete de fibra natural, el cual se manchó con chocolate. Quedó Perfecto y casi no se nota donde estaba la mancha. Recomiendo los servicios de esta empresa y, por supuesto, los seguiré utilizando.
I have hired armchair cleaning services on several occasions and the work has always been of very good quality and punctual. I am especially pleased with the last job that was washing a natural fiber rug, which was stained with chocolate. It was Perfect and you hardly notice where the stain was. I recommend the services of this company and will of course continue to use them.

I hired the Mattress wash for me, Mom, and it did not come off, their products that they say are special is laundry soap and it smells bad, I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinieron en tiempo, su personal fue amable, me explicaron que el colchón no quedaría del todo seco y entendí, al parecer todo en orden.
Cuando el colchón seco se quedaron residuos de jabón y se dispersaron las manchas, cabe aclarar que no tenía manchas de orina o derrames.
Les comunique mi descontento y vinieron una segunda vez. Ahora sí quedó limpio y yo súper contenta, no me cobraron nada extra
Yo les avise sábado por la noche y vinieron el martes
Recomiendo el servicio por lo atentos que son, por asistir en tiempo y por solucionar el error que cometieron, pero les recomiendo que cuando termine el servicio revisen bien el trabajo con ellos ahí y así puedan quedar conformes, ellos se muestran dispuesto a solucionarlo

I recommend the service for how attentive they are, for attending on time and for solving the mistake they made, but I recommend that when the service is finished, they review the work well with them there and so they can be satisfied, they are willing to solve it
