★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevábamos ropa ahí seguido, si embargo, la última vez que fuimos, nos quisieron cobrar más del doble por “resguardar” la ropa, nos dijeron que estaban protegidos por la ley, lo cual revisamos la NOM-067 y nos mintió, quería cobrar por un servicio que no contempla en las notas. También revisamos la ley de protección al Consumidor y hablamos a la PROFECO, lo que hacen es ILEGAL, acabamos de poner una queja en la PROFECO y nos dijeron que en el transcurso de los días revisarán el establecimiento. Tuvimos que asesorarnos con un abogado y todo por un traje. No se trata de la ropa, sino del cumplimiento de las partes, tanto prestador de servicios como consumidor.
We wore clothes there often, however, the last time we went, they wanted to charge us more than double for "protecting" the clothes, they told us that they were protected by law, which we reviewed the NOM-067 and they lied to us, they wanted to charge for a service that does not contemplate in the notes. We also reviewed the Consumer Protection Law and talked to PROFECO, what they do is ILLEGAL, we just filed a complaint with PROFECO and they told us that in the course of days they will review the establishment. We had to consult a lawyer and all for a suit. It is not about the clothes, but about the compliance of the parties, both service provider and consumer.
