Clean walkers - 34270 Durango

I took two pairs of white sneakers on a Friday. They had a 2x1 promotion but when they were there they said that it only applied in one package (I don't remember the name but that it didn't apply to white tennis), when in the advertising I didn't specify any of that; I still paid the full cost and left my tennis shoes. They told me they would have them ready for Tuesday, and they just let me know how the process was going, they asked me for a phone number and email to keep me up to date. I called the day they were supposed to deliver them to me, since they had not contacted me as they had said and they told me they had them until three days later, that is Friday, then I called that day again and they answered with annoyance and they said that they had a lot of yellow spots and were very difficult to remove (in reality they were not very stained but I said nothing), again they told me that they had them for Tuesday, on Tuesday I didn't call and I went , since it seemed to me that the time they had there was already too much, when I asked for them, the girl who was there did not make a very good face, said she waited a little, handed them to me and they were worse than as I had taken them. When I took them, one pair had some yellow spots, the other only had some dirt, they were practically new and when handed them to me, the two pairs were completely yellow, they told me that they had wanted to paint them and that the fabric did not grab the paint, They wanted to give excuses but the point is that they were very bad. They have a lousy service and did a very bad job.
