el dia de ayer compre 5 litros de esencia pura y con la confianza que tengo en Grupo Ginez desde hace 18 años me lleve mi producto y cuando fabrique producto para limpieza no tiene el aroma que esperaba(casi no huele a nada ni reacciona como debiera)
el gerente me dijo que a menos que yo lo haya rebajado y eso no es justo ya que pague 1200 pesos por algo que no sirve. en pachuca me conocen y saben que nunca reclamaria algo sino tubiera la razon.
tengan cuidado al comprar,verifiquen al momento lo que compran y si no estan conformes devuelvan sus articulos por que el gerente le va a decir que asi se lo mandan.

Yesterday I bought 5 liters of pure essence and with the confidence that I have in Grupo Ginez for 18 years I brought my product and when I made a product for cleaning it did not have the aroma I expected (it hardly smells like anything or reacts as it should)
