Aunque el tiempo de espera de entrega de mi computadora si fue largo la última vez, quedé muy satisfecho con los resultados. Yo pensé que ya no tenía reparación jaja. Durante 3 semanas mande mensajes por whatsapp y estuve llamando y al parecer no la revisaron durante dicho tiempo, porque lo único que me respondieron era que estaban haciendo pruebas. Al ver que no me resolvían fui a recoger mi equipo, en ese entonces una persona me dijo que era problema del BIOS y que podían intentar hacer un procedimiento para ver si quedaba, de otra forma tenían que cambiar una pieza por más de dos mil pesos. Pero resultó evidente que fue lo primero que le vino a la mente al técnico. Insistí en llevarme el equipo, me iban a hacer un descuento y quedaría en 1400 (aún sin saber cual era el problema en realidad). Me llevé mi equipo a otro lado y le cambiaron una pieza por 500 pesos, lleva trabajando mas de un mes sin problema. También cuando llevé el equipo la primera vez se les cayó sobre el mostrador.
