Nada de profesionalismo, cuando se trata de apartar un tour te contestan rápidamente pero después de no haber conseguido boletos ademas de que ya no contestan, te bloquean y nunca abren su local
6 meses después siguen sin reembolsar son una ESTAFA no es seria la empresa tengan cuidado!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te pide pagar el boleto completo para conseguirte el que quieres y a la mera hora resulta que nada más usa tu dinero para comprar los boletos más baratos y cuando le pides tu dinero no te lo devuelve hasta que venda los corrientes que compro y se indigna. Nada serio. Y todavía se queda con lo que te pido para aparta el tour al concierto y no abre el local, se está escondiendo. Ratero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pone politicas que solo lo venefician a el, te abloga a comprar todo su paquete, tanto boleto como viaje si no no entrega los boletos del evento. Cuando por falata de gente no realia el viaje ya no devuelve el dinero, es un ratero de primera, nunca contesta y se la pasa escondiendo para reembolsos. En mi vida vuelvo a comprar algun boleto con ellos, me salió mucho peor que comprarlo por mi cuenta.

Lamentablemente hace casi 3 años confiamos en ellos para un apartado de boletos que nunca se compraron y después se atravesó la pandemia por lo que cerraron su local y nos dijeron que cuando reabrieran nos iban a indicar para que fuéramos por el reembolso cosa que nunca pasó, cabe destacar que nunca contestaban llamadas ni WhatsApp hasta que contestaron por FB, cosa que tiempo después me di cuenta que deshabilitaron el envío de mensajes.
No confien su dinero con ellos, evitense las molestia y el enojo por qué cuando se trata de reembolso se desaparecen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué los boletos con tour incluido 6 meses antes para un concierto en donde al final decidió no hacer el tour por falta de interesados, pero resulta que ni siquiera había comprado los boletos. Quedó en regresarme mi dinero completo pero tardó muchísimo en hacerlo, no contestaba llamadas ni mensajes y todavía se molestaba si le pedía mi reembolso. Sé que ha muchas personas les ha hecho lo mismo y desgraciadamente no han podido recuperar su dinero. Por favor tomen en cuenta esto y no le confíen su dinero a esta persona.
