★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quisieron vender un departamento que estaba inclinado. El edificio tenía una inclinación considerable, se estaba reargando en el edificio de al lado. El dictamen estructural estaba manipulado y practicamente no hacía mención de este problema. Mucho cuidado a la hora de comprar. Esta empresa no es garantía de nada. Tampoco me han devuelto mi depósito. Mi consejo es que no dejen depósito de ningún tipo.
They wanted to sell me an apartment that was tilted. The building had a considerable incline, it was rearranging into the building next door. The structural report was manipulated and made practically no mention of this problem. Be very careful when buying. This company is not a guarantee of anything. My deposit has not been returned to me either. My advice is that they do not leave a deposit of any kind.

Maria Fernanda Lopez Aviñ really helped us understand the opportunities and areas of best option as foreigners in Mexico. The Finance team helped us negotiate with the banks, obtain a good rate and the amount we needed. The accounting team helped us receive our payments internationally.
