★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi auto porque no enfriaba, me hicieron un diagnóstico por 900 pesos comentándome que ese monto se reintegraba si decidías hacer la reparación con ellos. Acepté, y al final me comentaron que lo que tenía mi auto era un tema con el ventilador, pero eso no lo hacían ellos. No me regresaron el dinero, ni lo puedo usar en otro servicio. Salí con 900 pesos menos, y sin mi problema solucionado.
I took my car because it did not cool, they gave me a diagnosis for 900 pesos and told me that this amount was reimbursed if you decided to do the repair with them. I accepted, and in the end they told me that what had my car was a problem with the fan, but that they did not do. They did not return the money to me, nor can I use it in another service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi auto a que le revisaran el aire acondicionado, me dijeron que había que cambiar los filtros, se los cambiaron y nos cobraron $1200, cuando lo probé ya no salía frío el aire y dijeron que era otra la falla.
Y para colmo cuando estábamos sacando el auto del taller nos indican que ya habíamos librado su barita en dónde revisan los autos y se atora el coche, ?? pues se atoro la tolva y se cayó dijeron que no era su culpa que ya lavamos el auto con la tolva suelta y no se quisieron hacer respo sables.
No lleven su auto???
