★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de postventa, les compramos 2 chillers y nunca nos ofrecioron capacitacion para la operacion de los equipos y no me concretan una fecha para la puesta en marcha.
Terrible after-sales service, we bought 2 chillers from them and they never offered us training for the operation of the equipment and they did not specify a date for the start-up.

Mi técnico (El contratista) compro en su empresa tres equipos Minisplit daikin inverter mod. FTXK12PXVJX 12000 BTUH con fecha 6 de abril de 2022. De los cuales 2 funcionaron correctamente y un equipo no funciono. A un mes me confirman el día de hoy que el tramite que falta se recibe a mas tardar los miércoles por lo tanto seria hasta el siguiente viernes 13 de mayo cuando nos den solución definitiva.

My technician (the contractor) bought three Minisplit daikin inverter mod. FTXK12PXVJX 12000 BTUH dated April 6, 2022. Of which 2 worked correctly and one piece of equipment did not work. A month later they confirm today that the missing procedure is received no later than Wednesday, therefore it would be until the following Friday, May 13, when they give us a definitive solution.
