El 8 de noviembre del 2016 realizaron un servicio en mi domicilio. Instalación de clima 2T inverter, Mantenimiento clima 1.5T y revisión de clima 1.5 Inverter, este último el diagnóstico fue compresor dañado, quedando con el compromiso de cotizar su reemplazo, llevo desde esa fecha rogándoles (asi es rogándoles) me coticen respondiéndome que están revisándolo y que me confirman en una semana. Esto nunca ocurrió les vuelvo a marcar por séptima vez. Uno de sus empleados llamada Joaquín muy poco capacitado y con una actitud de servicio paupérrima, me consta no tenemos, y al externarle el historial su respuesta solo fue: yo no estaba aquí hace 5 meses. No tenemos compresores. (en pocas palabras hágale como quiera).
Es una pena el poco control y seguimiento a sus pendientes y el compromiso de cerrar un ciclo de venta ya sea exitosa o no, jamás le volveré a comprar a Climas Max Air.

On November 8, 2016 they performed a service at my home. Installation of 2T climate inverter, Maintenance 1.5T climate and 1.5 Inverter climate review, the latter diagnosis was a damaged compressor, remaining with the commitment to quote their replacement, I have been begging since that date (so begging them) quote me answering that they are reviewing it and that confirm me in a week. This never happened. I dial you again for the seventh time. One of his employees called Joaquín very poorly trained and with an attitude of very poor service, I know we do not have, and by externar history his answer was only: I was not here 5 months ago. We have no compressors. (in a few words, do as you wish).
It is a shame the little control and monitoring of their earrings and the commitment to close a sales cycle, whether successful or not, I will never buy from Climas Max Air again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excelente atención y compromiso por parte del personal. hace una semana compre 3 equipos inverter con instalación, el personal muy limpio, me dejaron los equipos trabajando al 100 sin problema, con esta a sido mi segunda compra. sin duda los recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradezco a este establecimiento por haberme hecho válida la garantía de mi equipo Mirage, ya que en la mueblería LM me dieron muchas largas, nunca recibí respuesta en Ing. Montenegro muy atento, me dió solución, todo era a causa de una mala instalacion por el personal que me envió la mueblería con la promocion "Instalacion Básica Incluida" la cual fue nefasta y nunca más regresaron a solucionar el problema me trajeron a puras mentiras!!!

I thank this establishment for having made my Mirage equipment guarantee valid, since in the LM furniture they gave me many lengths, I never received an answer in Ing. Montenegro very attentive, it gave me a solution, it was all because of a bad installation by the staff that sent me the furniture with the promotion "Basic Installation Included" which was disastrous and never returned to solve the problem brought me to pure lies!
