★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probablemente sea muy buena tienda pero yo tuve una mal experiencia, hablé un día antes y pedí una turbina p/minisplit LG y me dijeron que la enviarían a las 4 o 5 de la tarde de ese día a la sucursal de Guadalupe pues la tienda del centro estaba cerrada, yo vivo en Metroplex, Apodaca y viajo en camión hice 2 horas 45 minutos en llegar hasta allá para que me dijeran no enviaron la pieza se le pasó a la señorita que la atendió?lo malo del caso es que yo la ocupaba para traerla en ese rato para Cd. Victoria?, espero que pongan más atención para no perder clientes, gracias
It is probably a very good store but I had a bad experience, I spoke a day before and asked for a turbine for LG minisplit and they told me that they would send it at 4 or 5 in the afternoon of that day to the Guadalupe branch because the store of The center was closed, I live in Metroplex, Apodaca and I travel by truck I took 2 hours 45 minutes to get there so that they would tell me they did not send the piece, it was passed to the lady who attended her the bad thing is that I occupied it to bring it in that time to Cd. Victoria?, I hope you pay more attention so as not to lose customers, thank you
