★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de la instalación llegaron 3 horas después y ni avisaron, llegaron 3 hombres jovenes, a los minutos llegó el dueño en estado incoveniente y con los ojos rojisimos.- Montaron el mini split en la pared pero ve y juzga por ti mismo como dejaron el cableado, se fueron y el mini split sin funcionar, eran casi las 10 pm y 4 hombres y solo montaron el mini split en la pared!!! - Les pagué un mini split de $5,400 y me “hicieron el favor” de comprar el material eléctrico (cable, fusibles y caja) me pidieron 50% del material, les di $350 pesos más la mano de obra, se fueron y me dejaron un hueco en la pared. Según y con promesas terminarían al día siguiente a las 5 pm, a las 8:40 pm, el segundo día dicen que no pueden completar mi instalación porque están en otra instalación y al día siguiente irían. - NO REGRESARON! - Cero profesionales. Impuntuales. La atención al cliente por teléfono es pésima, se quedan callados ni siquiera sabes si estás hablando con ellos y si tienes suerte y te contestan, te dan el teléfono de los técnicos para que tú como cliente busques a los técnicos y te pongas de acuerdo con ellos. Si hubiera sabido antes ni les llamaba.- Es 30 de Jul 2020; un año despues de esto y es fecha que no se nada de ellos ni de mi dinero. Los mismos dueños y sus familias son los que escriben las buenas reseñas.
