★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo negocio, la propietaria se.cierra a la sugerencias de los clientes y aparte de su trato prepotente y después de haberle llevado 3 automóviles de la familia, que significó una erogacion de varios miles de pesos, nos sale conque ya no quiere que seamos sus clientes y que vayamos a otro negocio, cuando ella es la responsable de que los clientes queden satisfechos con su trabajo, lo cual en mi caso, no ha sido así, creo por su total ineptitud y preparación, porque 4 veces he llevado mi auto, le he pagado las piezas, y al poco tiempo, deja de enfriar. Se niega a revisar una posible fuga en el sistema, y es que siempre me he dirigido a ella con el respeto que se merece, pero, caray, el cliente también merece atención y respeto. Veo opiniones favorables hacia este negocio, y si 2 o 3 veces mis otros vehículos han quedado bien, pero con el tengo ahora, desde hace un año, que no pueden hablar la falla y ahora me sale, con su intolerancia, que ya no desea servirme y que no regrese a su taller, cuando nunca la he ofendido, y solo exijo deje bien mi automóvil.
Terrible business, the owner is closed to the suggestions of the clients and apart from her arrogant treatment and after having taken 3 family cars, which meant an outlay of several thousand pesos, we get that she no longer wants us to be her clients and that we go to another business, when she is responsible for the clients being satisfied with her work, which in my case, has not been the case, I believe due to her total ineptitude and preparation, because 4 times I have driven my car, I have paid for the parts, and after a short time, it stops cooling. She refuses to check for a possible leak in the system, and I've always treated her with the respect she deserves, but boy, the customer deserves attention and respect too. I see favorable opinions towards this business, and if 2 or 3 times my other vehicles have been fine, but with it now, for a year, they cannot talk about the fault and now it comes out, with their intolerance, that they no longer want serve me and that she not return to her workshop, when I have never offended her, and I only demand that she leave my car well.
