★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, desde la recepción, te tratan como si les hicieras un favor, te hacen esperar mucho a pesar de tener cita, es caro y por ello buscas una buena atención, sin embargo, en mi experiencia con el neumólogo Rubén Shturman el trato fue malo ya que se acudió por problemas respiratorios y a pesar que se le presentó una prueba negativa a covid el insistió en qué lo era, mando nueva prueba claro en la misma clínica y si no fuera poco recetó medicamento no recomendado por ninguna institución sería. Se acudió en otro lado por otra opinión y en efecto no era covid y se resolvió exitosamente la enfermedad. Doctor muy arcaico que siente que lo sabe todo, desactualizado y con un trato algo déspota así como todo el personal que ahí labora. Les recomiendo no acudir a esta clínica para que no pasen un mal rato, enserio no lo hagan.

Sobre el mentado Dr. Ruben, todo un pillo. No atiende correctamente. No respetan horarios de cita, me hicieron esperar 40 minutos para atenderme y al final la primer consulta de $1,200.00 MN me subió hasta $11,000.00 MN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención x parte del servicio de recepción, solo le ponen el oximetro y lo dejan sentado en una silla, no le toman signos vitales y solo le preguntan a uno cuanto pesa,mide y su índice de masa corporal ellas no hacen nada, el servicio carísimo 2000 pesos y los estudios que le mandan deben realizarse en el mismo hospital si no no los aceptan. No lo recomiendo para nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible atención, las enfermeras tienen un trato super grosero, las recepcionistas son de lo peor, parece que es un negocio cerrado, si no te haces los análisis ahí, el medico decide no atenderte, los precios son demasiado caros para el horrible trato que tienen con los pacientes, el doctor puede ser muy famoso, pero parece que sólo le importa su negocio cerrado, entras a consulta y a parte de atender como a 3 pacientes a la vez, te analiza te manda los estudios, si no los realizas ya no puedes regresar con el medico a que te recete, pero si te cobran la consulta de 2,000 pesos, si te haces lo análisis, puedes regresar con el medico a que te recete, definitivamente no tiene ética para atender, finalmente te dice que tienes sobre peso o que es el polvo lo que te esta ocasionando todos tus problemas, te presionan para realizarte pruebas de alergias, estudios de placas etc... y ni si quiera te dan los análisis que te realizaste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente a pesar de ver los comentarios muy malos de esta clínica decidí ir creyendo que no sería mi caso pero si fue, esta es una clínica de lucro y les importa muy poco la salud del paciente mientras pagues altos precios por los estudios y por las consultas, me molestaron muchas cosas de la clínica, del doctor, de los estudios, pero especialmente me molestó que el doctor en mi receta no me quiso poner los estudios que quería que me hiciera para no ir a otro laboratorio y dio por hecho que me los haría ahí mismo y los precios son realmente exagerados, prefiero mil veces ir a Salud Digna donde son baratos, son muy buenos laboratorios y el personal super amable. Médicos especialistas hay demasiados en otros lugares y con mucha mejor calidad humana y profesional.

I would do it right there and the prices are really exaggerated, I prefer a thousand times to go to Salud Digna where they are cheap, they are very good laboratories and the staff are super friendly. There are too many specialist doctors in other places and with much better human and professional quality.
