Fui a revisar mi aire acondicionado pues ya no enfriaba y el empleado supuestamente checó que no hubiera fugas y luego procedió a ponerle el gas ... Pagué por los servicios y me fui. Una hora después ya no enfriaba de nuevo el aire.... Y al llevarlo el empleado dijo que cuando supuestamente lo revisó no había fugas... Mágicamente aparecieron una hora después de que pusiera el gas. Después quería reparar esas fugas y cobrarme $3600 por hacerlo...vaya robo!!!!! Sin vergüenzas, rateros, miserables, abusivos... ¿¿Auto chocado??? Además mienten descaradamente para limpiar su imagen. Deberían tener algo de vergüenza. Pase y esta funcionando abierto, no se por que no quiso atenderme no quería que me repararan gratis solo que quedara funcionando, si habría que pagar mas pagaba mas, pero eso para mi, merece ya no volver a ir y menos aún recomendarlos…. C	Cristian Borrayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mí punto de vista de la situación...a muchos clientes no se les puede complacer en todos sus caprichos....sin embargo se trata de explicar lo más entendible posible, apesar de eso a mucha gente no le gustan las respuestas dadas por el técnico ya que no son de su comprensión.....a qui no tratamos de estafar a nadie y para todos hay....aparte de eso la.mayotia de gente q se queja de un mal servicio, lamentablemente es la más conflictiva...y la que todo se le hace caro y quieren garantías de por vida. A esa gente se les agradece su comentario ya que gracias a ellos nos damos más a conocer...y cuando llega un cliente q vio su mal comentario..y se da cuenta del honesto trabajo y servicio q ofrecemos, se unen a nuestra familia de clientes q ya no busca un taller más..como a.los q.estan acostumbrados a ir un taller donde le digan (si señito con 200 Baros se lo arreglamos) aquí somos un taller que ofrece un servicio de calidad 100 profesional...ofrecemos soluciones laborales no personales y ni motivacionales...quedamos a sus órdenes From my point of view of the situation...many clients cannot be satisfied in all their whims....however, it is about explaining as understandable as possible, despite that, many people do not like the answers given by the technician since they are not of his understanding..... we do not try to scam anyone and there is for everyone... apart from that the majority of people who complain about bad service, unfortunately it is the most conflictive... and the one that everything becomes expensive and they want guarantees for life.
