Tuve que ir con otra Dermatóloga para poder remediar el daño que causó en mi piel el proceso hecho por Luz Bibiana. Me atendieron como 2 horas después y la “doctora” me recetó unos medicamentos carísimos que por supuesto ella misma me vendió, cuando llegue a casa investigue y me di cuenta que era medicamentos para acné muy severa que está vinculada a paros broncorespiratorios, desde luego no los tome... de verdad creo que es una persona sin mucha ética. I explained the situation, asked for clarification with the doctor and started waiting. After 20min I asked again, if there is a chance to see the doctor. Surprisingly she went to the doctor and sent me afterwards to the emergency room. At the emergency room, they sent me back to Dr. Bibiana (...). After asking, if there is another dermatologist, they sent me to the 11th floor. There they told me, the dermatologist does not work here anymore. Back down, a lady was so kind to recommend the Murano close by. There I was treated without waiting time. Conclusion: If you have an appointment, you will be treated well for sure at MAC. In emergency cases, I prefer now going to Murano or to the clinics downtown. At MAC, I strongly recommend to train the staff better and update the system.
