★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención la que me acaban de brindar, ya había llevado anteriormente a mi perrito a consulta en este lugar y me habían atendido muy bien, hoy lo lleve para corte de pelo y baño y me atendió un joven que todo el tiempo torciendo los ojos y la boca solo porque le explicaba que mi perrito es un perro viejito que se pone un poco nervioso y bueno horrible experiencia, no me dio confianza y decidí llevarlo a otro lado donde me escuchen sobre las preocupaciones que tengo sobre mi mascota y den confianza en dejarlos para corte y baño que no es nada del otro mundo.
Terrible attention that they have just given me, I had previously taken my puppy to consult in this place and they had treated me very well, today I took him for a haircut and a bath and a young man attended me all the time rolling his eyes and the mouth just because I explained that my puppy is an old dog that gets a little nervous and well, horrible experience, it did not give me confidence and I decided to take him somewhere else where they listen to me about the concerns I have about my pet and give confidence in leaving them for cutting and bathing that is nothing to write home about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue con mi Gato, hasta el momento solo ha sido medicina preventiva como vacunas, desparasitantes, vitaminas y accesorios, todo el personal que nos ha atendido es muy amable y cariñoso con las mascotas. Cuando llego la esterilización (los recomiento ampliamente para este procedimiento) ya que todo excelente y muy puntuales con los horarios, el gato al otro día estaba como si nada. Los precios son accesibles :)
My experience was with my cat, so far it has only been preventive medicine such as vaccines, dewormers, vitamins and accessories, all the staff who have attended us are very friendly and affectionate with pets. When the sterilization arrived (I highly recommend them for this procedure) since everything is excellent and very punctual with the schedules, the cat the next day was like nothing. The prices are affordable :)
