★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de casi 8 meses de atenderme ahí con la otorrino (que tengo muy buena experiencia con ella y sí la recomiendo), resulta que salen con que llaman para confirmar. En ese tiempo en todas las citas que he agendado NUNCA me han llamado para "confirmar"; llego para una cita con la nutriologa y pues que no, que se largó porque la valió madre esperar a las 11 hora de mi cita. Además, no se ponen a pensar que pueden haber circunstancias ajenas a uno y por eso no se logra confirmar. Pensaba hacer citas para otros familiares, pero no gracias. La única que vale es la doctora Rivero y la pueden ver en otra clínica.

Me he realizado 7 cirugías por diversos padecimientos. Ginecológicos y de otras especialidades.
En la clínica cuenta con los mejores especialistas y las mejores instalaciones. Estoy viva literalmente gracias a él, al diagnosticarme oportunamente el síndrome de Guillian- Barré, devolverle la salud a mi hijo de tan solo 6 años, entre otros muchos diagnósticos y tratamientos, le agradezco la atención para amigos y familiares. Por mi experiencia recomiendo la clínica totalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los doctores es Excelente, NO ASÍ las recepcionistas, que son en extremo GROSERAS, PREPOTENTES e INSENSIBLES para tratar a pacientes que cursan algún evento. Ojalá el Dr. pudiera prestar especial atención, en la forma en la que estas señoras se conducen POR FAVOR.
The attention of the doctors is Excellent, NOT SO the receptionists, who are extremely RUDE, ARBUSY and INSENSITIVE to treat patients who attend an event. I wish Dr. could pay special attention to the way these ladies conduct themselves PLEASE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible el trato del personal, no sé si el Dr. Castillo sea o no bueno en su ramo por que es imposible que te atienda personalmente, pero su personal malo, la administración pésima, si vas espera un trato deshumanizado, casi como en el ISSSTE, IMSS o Salubridad.
The treatment of the staff is terrible, I don't know if Dr. Castillo is good or not in his field because it is impossible for him to attend you personally, but his bad staff, the lousy administration, if you go expect a dehumanized treatment, almost like in the ISSSTE , IMSS or Health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La única persona que brinda buena atención, es el Dr. Castillo. El personal de enfermería, de recepción, la Srita. Marisol y otras personas que atienden las llamadas telefónicas, no tienen actitud de servicio, se les nota cansadas, estresadas y groseras. No llevan registros adecuadamente, nunca saben si asistirá a la clínica el Dr. Montoya, no manejan citas y toda la parte administrativa es un verdadero caos. La clínica tiene 2 torres y no cuenta con estacionamiento. Si vas solo con un paciente discapacitado, es una experiencia de terror. Debes bajar a tu paciente (como puedas) en una torre, después, ir a hacer el pago a la otra torre, no puedes dejar tu auto "estorbando", luego regresas con el comprobante de tu pago a la torre donde dejaste a tu paciente discapacitado y hasta entonces, te lo registran y forman en la fila de espera. Podría ser un magnífico centro de medicina neurológica, pero se percibe una enorme falta de planeación, capacitación, logística, comunicación interna y otras habilidades en el personal. En hospitalización si no está el médico responsable y no lo localizan telefónicamente, las enfermeras solo te dicen que el Dr. no contesta aunque tu paciente se este muriendo del dolor. La verdad, es una lástima que no tengan la visión y empatía para tratar a nuestros pacientes. Por cierto, el Dr. Castillo, nunca está.
The only person who provides good care is Dr. Castillo. They don't keep records properly, they never know if Dr. Montoya will attend the clinic, they don't handle appointments and all the administrative part is a real chaos. The clinic has 2 towers and does not have parking. If you go alone with a disabled patient, it's a terrifying experience. You must lower your patient (as you can) in a tower, then go to make the payment to the other tower, you cannot leave your car "getting in the way", then you return with the proof of your payment to the tower where you left your patient handicapped and until then, they check you in and line up. It could be a great center for neurological medicine, but there is a huge lack of planning, training, logistics, internal communication and other skills in the staff. In hospitalization, if the doctor in charge is not there and they cannot reach him by phone, the nurses only tell you that the Dr. does not answer even though your patient is dying of pain. The truth is, it is a pity that they do not have the vision and empathy to treat our patients. By the way, Dr. Castillo is never there.

Recientemente tuve que acudir para consulta de seguimiento, sin embargo, el personal qué colabora en esta clínica, son muy DÉSPOTAS y NADA HUMANOS.
Llevaba a una persona de la tercera edad, me quede lo más cerca posible para poder bajar a mi paciente del auto y los policías de la entrada me estaban corriendo y ni si quiera me ayudaron a bajar a mi paciente.
De igual manera, para poder estacionarme, los vecinos no son nada amables para poder dejar el auto, entiendan, no vamos por placer, vamos a una necesidad de un enfermo.
Espero tomen cartas en el asunto para una mejor experiencia al cliente/usuario.
A great doctor with rude collaborators.
Recently I had to go for a follow-up consultation, however, the staff who collaborate in this clinic are very DEPOTE and NOT HUMAN.
I was carrying an elderly person, I stayed as close as possible to be able to get my patient out of the car and the policemen at the entrance were rushing me and they didn't even help me get my patient down.
In the same way, to be able to park, the neighbors are not very kind to be able to leave the car, understand, we do not go for pleasure, we go to a patient's need.
I hope they take action on the matter for a better customer/user experience.
