I had received many recommendations from this place and had heard that they took a while, but 2 hours late for a scheduled appointment is an exaggeration and to be suffering from that in each appointment is not pleasant, so that at the hour of entering the consultation at 5 min they took care of me, I hoped they would perform an ultrasound, but they don't even have the equipment, I felt like I was in the insurance only that paying the vdd we did not like the service.

Dr Gaudencio Garduño is an excellent surgeon, I highly recommend him

I went twice a week, the first by appointment, at 5:30 they made an appointment and I came in for consultation at 6:40. Inside the doctor dispatches you straight away. I wasn't there for 15 minutes. He injected my mother and it was $ 350 (it was not so expensive since the drug in the pharmacy was in it). The second was review, I arrived at 5pm and they saw me until 8:20 pm. They literally left me until the last one because it was revision. And for the receptionist, nurses, doctors and even patients that is normal. People who have been going for a long time say that is so. I do not agree and I think it is wrong. Disrespect . If they give you an appointment, it is so that they respect your time and attend you and not make you wait 3 hours. Besides, they have so many people that they ask you to wait on the street. It was raining and people getting wet. Others feeling bad and thus holding on to pass. I do not know makes me correct or ethical. And they don't give personalized attention either. The doctor didn't remember anything, he thought we were new patients. Bad experience.

It does not have parking, and the facilities are small and impractical for a hospital, the operating room dirty with gauze, bandages, gowns on the floor dirty Lousy place!!!

Terrible attention !! Some doctors do not follow their oath or their code of ethics, sincerely if they have an emergency, and they are very bad, do not go to this Hospital, since in my experience, what a nurse in charge of this Hospital told me, along with An external doctor who also performs and treats patients in this hospital, they commented, that they do not have the necessary tools to attend any specialty, nor are there emergency specialist doctors who can attend them, and with all due respect it is a hospital with managers, or nurses who are made, decisions about who decides to stay and leave, even if they see you very badly, really, if they have an emergency, don't even show up there, save time and go to another hospital, where they are treated well as they deserve, (patients from urgency, they deserve fair treatment and respect, we are all human beings and we need everyone) where the nurses in charge, are less despotic and liars !! And that the owners of the hospital do not feel! And decide which patient stays and which patient does not ..., especially to have little criteria to follow the indication of a Doctor outside of this hospital, take care of yourselves !!!! P.D It is recommended to the owner of this hospital, change staff !!! ? More humble and give the importance to people, all equally !!! ?

The only redeemable thing is the attention of Dr. Garduño, (it seems that he is the only Dr. they have) but from there on out it is always waiting hours to be treated, for that better one goes to the IMSS and they attend you faster. That way of administration and care is not understandable in the case of a private clinic, they only tell you that the DR is coming right now, but when you arrive they don't tell you that you will have to wait hours to attend you. And this situation has happened to me several times during the week and on weekends. If attention is urgent, look for other alternatives.

The wait is eternal, even if you make an appointment they don't respect it. Your staff very rude. It's a pity that Dr. Garduño is good but he is very poorly managed

My mom had a hysterectomy in September of last year and everything was fine regarding the staff, but the facilities leave a lot to be desired, almost everything is old and neglected. The revision consultations were always an ordeal because Dr. Gaudencio always has a lot of people, I don't know why he doesn't have a better order, better logistics, we waited from 1 to 3 hours for revision. Today, 1/28/22 I came for a minor surgery, they called me at 9:30 and it is the time that they have not passed me, it is 2:30 p.m. and the doctor or someone has not even been good to notify anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE, SERIOUSLY, LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION. They are not so friendly, nor do they have the best facilities and forget about respecting your time.
