★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio el seguimiento de mis dos embarazos fueron ahí y de verdad fue la mejor experiencia, no sé si aún siga la doctora Sandoval se las recomiendo y a la doctora Gómez también.
 Very good service, the monitoring of my two pregnancies were there and it was really the best experience, I do not know if Dr. Sandoval is still following, I recommend them and Dr. Gómez as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La semana pasada vivimos en este lugar un caso de negligencia médica. Mi cuñada por medio de cesarea dio a luz un niño el cual al momento de nacer contaba con excelente peso y talla. Esa noche nos dijeron que todo había sido un éxito estábamos felices, al poco rato las abuelas y mi cuñado pudieron ver a mi sobrinito,
Mi cuñado paso toda la noche con su esposa y su bebé, de echo pudo alimentarlo con un pequeño biberón. Mi concuña se quedó en observación todo ese día y fue en la noche q comenzó nuestro martirio, al bebé le dio fiebre y convulsionó en repetidas ocasiones.
La pregunta es: si se supone que está en vigilancia porque diablos dejaron que convulcionara?
Al poco rato el bebé se ponía morado y convulcionara de nuevo, esto paso repetidas veces.
Los estúpidos incompetentes nos dijeron que el bebé nación con una infección ya q dicha infección la mamá la tenía desde los tres meses.
Segunda pregunta: porque si ella llevo todo su control de embarazo en este lugar hasta a hora salen con ese argumento?
Tercera pregunta: si las cosas hubieran sido así porque diablos cuando mi sobrino nació nos dijeron que todo estaba bien.
Resulta que ya no tenían lo necesario para atender al bebé y túvimos que trasladarlo a un hospital
La ambulancia tuvimos que conseguirla nosotros ya que tenía que ser con incubadora. No sé tomaron la molestia de ayudar en eso.
En el hospital hicieron todo lo posible por salvar al bebé pero desgraciadamente el día sábado 1 de septiembre. Nuestro pequeñito no aguanto mas y perdió la vida.
Esto es claramente injusto y en este lugar quieren lavarse las manos con argumentos estúpidos
El bebé contrajo después de nacer una infección, le dio fiebre y estúpidos no controlaron dicha fiebre a tiempo por lo cual el bebé convulciono.
Dicha convulcion lo afecto tanto que poco después se ponía morado la morado y convulcion a de nuevo. Reitero esto se repitió en diversas ocasiones. Cuando le exigimos a la doctora una explicación de qué consecuencias traería esto para el bebé , nos dijo que posiblemente un daño cerebral.
Hoy sepultamos a mi sobrino.
Esto fue un caso de negligencia, porfavor tengan cuidado.

The question is: is he supposed to be on surveillance why the hell did they let him convulse?
In a short time the baby turned purple and convulsed again, this happened repeatedly.
The stupid incompetent told us that the baby was born with an infection since the mother had had this infection since she was three months old.

Third question: if things had been like that because the hell when my nephew was born they told us that everything was fine.
It turns out that they no longer had what they needed to care for the baby and we had to transfer him to a hospital
We had to get the ambulance ourselves since it had to be with an incubator. I don't know they took the trouble to help with that.
In the hospital they did everything possible to save the baby but unfortunately on Saturday, September 1. Our little one couldn't take it anymore and lost his life.
This is clearly unfair and in this place they want to wash their hands with stupid arguments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operación vesicular biliar exitosa, sin embargo el servicio dejó mucho que desear, se acordó un precio y en el dia de la operación le estaban subiendo de precio y por ende no se aceptó; lo que sorprende es que pedían material de curación se supone entra en el costo del servicio.
Successful gallbladder operation, however the service left a lot to be desired, a price was agreed and on the day of the operation they were raising the price and therefore it was not accepted; What is surprising is that asking for healing material is supposed to enter the cost of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos días les comento la Doctora Arroyo da pésimo servicio. El trato durante la consulta es muy seco y tuve una muy mala experiencia un domingo que llegue a las siete de la mañana. Creo se molestó por que estaba dormida y segun era su guardia. Le recetó a mi hijo un medicamento que era carísimo y cuando le dimos la primera dosis a mi hijo lo vomitó. Yo mismo lo probé y sabía bastante feo. Quemaba la boca. Después fui y la doctora Gomez me dijo que no era necesario ese medicamento ya que no ameritaba las condiciones en las que venía mi hijo. Meti el reporte y no pasó absolutamente nada. Y la encargada que tomó mi reporte no le dio seguimiento. Más sin embargo es importante reconocer que el servicio que otorga la doctora Gomez es muy bueno. Cuidado con la doctora Arroyo. Pésimo servicio...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron mucho en salir a atender, la enfermera de turno nocturno un poco prepotente, espero yo sea por que el turno de noche es muy pesado, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien, la doctora muy amable y muy servicial.

No había nada de gente,así que entre casi enseguida, la Doctora igual o peor de grosera y déspota, su nombre: Itzel Arroyo García.
De verdad no sé por qué prestan un servicio si no tienen amabilidad ni respeto por los pacientes.
Obviamente me fui muy enojada, no sin antes decirle su merecido a la "Doctora" No regresaria jamás.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer cita con el ginecólogo un miércoles para eso debes dejar $125 y el viernes llamé y me dicen que me avisarian cuando tienen disponible, para eso me llaman un martes de la siguiente semana a las 11 de la mañana diciendo que mi cita es para ese mismo día a las 5 p.m. .Llego al lugar y te piden pagar el resto de la consulta en total $400, eran las 5 y media y tuve que preguntar que pasaba, y me dicen que la doctora tenía un contratiempo, en fin la doctora llegó a las 6 p.m. muy tranquila, y llaman a una señora antes que a mi, me acerco a la señora preguntándole a que hora tenía su cita y me dice que a las 5 p.m., la misma hora que la mía y yo llegue primero. Pedí la devolución de mi dinero y me fui, pues se me hace una falta de respeto que jueguen con mi tiempo, llegando tarde y citando otro paciente a mi misma hora, pues si no me regalarán la consulta, yo estoy pagando por ella. No regreso jamás
