★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi papá estuvo internado ahí hace poco y la labor de las enfermeras deja DEMASIADO que desear, no pasan los medicamentos a la hora que es sino que hay que estarlas correteando y se molestan, te atienden cuando quieren, pero eso si, exigen tus pagos PUNTUALES, si les llamas por el teléfono te dicen: Si ahorita subo y se tardan hasta 1 hora, atienden muy mal, la comida no es adecuada para el tipo de dieta que los pacientes tienen indicada, varias ocasiones le llevaron comida con picante a mi papá siendo que él no podía comer eso y se los dijimos y siguieron haciéndolo, en conclusión la atención en esta clínica es muy mala, quizá los médicos atienden bien, pero no recomiendo para nada que internen a sus familiares ahí, pagas demasiado dinero por una atención de PÉSIMA calidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agende una cita con el dermatólogo, me la dan a las 9:00am, pero me dicen que tengo que llegar antes porque el Dr. da servicio conforme llegan los pacientes. La recepcionista no sabía el nombre del Dr. que me atendería. Aún así me presento a mi cita y me dicen "El Dr. No va a venir".
Sí al menos me hubieran dicho "Lo sentimos estábamos por marcarle para cancelar su cita" Yo hubiera vuelto a confiar en la clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las recepcionistas no tienen la menor idea de que servicios medicos tienen en la clinica, lleve a mi hijo al dermatologo y requeria cirugia para retirarle una verruga, deje mis datos en recepcion para que el cirujano se comunicara conmigo pasaron 2 meses y yo tuve que llamar a la clinica y me dijeron que no contraban con cirujano.
El dia 24 de diciembre llame para sacar una cita con el Oftamologo y me dijeron que no contraban con ese servicio, segui buscando en internet y encontre a la Oftamologa Tania que por cierto me entendio en la clinica del Señor de la Misericordia.
La verdad que su desinformacion deja mucho de que hablar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, estuve más de un mes llamando para sacar una cita con el ortopedista y jamás tuve respuesta, únicamente me decían que tenía que esperar a que me llamarán cosa que jamás hicieron.
Por más que llamaba nunca tuve una respuesta.
