★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron una cita a un consultorio que no existe. Me mandan de arriba abajo como si fuera yo pelota de tennis. 30 minutos para que me volvieran a dar cita (de qué sirvió haber hecho cita en primer lugar?).
No es que hayan tardado en atenderme porque estuviera saturado, simplemente me mandaron de un lado a otro y al final me hicieron volver a pedir cita en el módulo para personas que no hicieron cita.
Me atendieron más de una hora después de la cita que tenía. Una hora innecesaria en el hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una basura como personal médico desde los enfermeros y jefe de turno de la tarde llevo desde las 8pm que llegue y me dicen que no hay doctores y que hasta dentro de una hora y media me van a atender. Porque ellos tienen cambio de turno. Osea que si me estoy muriendo ellos me verán en una hora y media. Pésima su atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Atención de Pensiones y Subsidios nunca empieza la atención a las 8am como según se indica, llegan primero a desayunar importandoles poco que los adultos mayores se encuentran formados.
Me tocó llevar a un familiar por un trámite y a pesar de que llevaba toda la documentación indicada en la página del Imss para el trámite correspondiente, piden documentos que no necesariamente se indican en la página, cuando le comentas esto su respuesta es que son procedimientos de la clinica (es decir ellos no se apegan a lo que indica el proceso de la página del Imss, el trato hacia los adultos mayores es muy grosero me toco verlo en la hora que estuvimos formados, para terminar a algunos les indica que solo tienen hasta la 1pm o 2pm para realizar algún trámite si es que van a volver, es decir no trabajan hasta las 3pm como esta indicado en su letrero. Lamentable que tengan este tipo de personas ahí.

Sacas una cita, ya de por si la fecha es lejana
Acudes a la cita y nunca está el médico de ese consultorio. Te asignan a unifila con todos los que llegaron ese día a la mera hora.
Ojalá no les toque cambio de turnos, son nefastos. Siempre con sus calmas. Bueno y su farmacia austera. Mal y de malas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pèsimo servicio vas a urgencias y mínimo tienes que esperar 10 horas, se les acabaron las pruebas covid y estoy viendo que mi receta literalmente dice: se realiza prueba rapida covid 19 con resultado negativo. ¿Cual prueba dra? Si no tenian (o eso nos dijeron).
