★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los guardias en la entrada te tratan mal te levantan la voz, son bien groseros con la gente mayor y por su culpa pierdes la cita, porque te dan citas si no te ban a dejar entrar
 Terrible service, the guards at the entrance treat you badly, they raise their voices at you, they are very rude to older people and because of them you lose the appointment, because they give you appointments if they won't let you in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sirve para urgencias, solo te mandan con la supuesta coordinadora que nunca está, no tienen camilleros y puro pedir datos ; no entiendo por qué de mientras no atienden en lo que uno hace el trámite
It does not work for emergencies, they only send you to the supposed coordinator who is never there, they do not have stretcher bearers and they only ask for data; I don't understand why while they don't attend to what one does the process

But everything else they are specialize in to do.

Even after your sent from another medical institute they make you wait not 2 hours not 4 hours not even after 12 hours when you see the coordinator you still are told to wait a total of 16 hours and counting before you get a simple surgery done. This type of service is unexceptable and should be penalized by health inspectors or the whole medical industry for which IMSS stands for.
