★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como cualquier otra institución del IMSS… enfermeras dando mal trato, servicio lento, burocracia, sin prioridades, instalaciones sucias, etc.
 Like any other IMSS institution ... nurses giving poor treatment, slow service, bureaucracy, without priorities, dirty facilities, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando por alguna circunsatancias llegas tarde a tu cita y la pierdes es un problema severo ya q el proceso de la unifila es el siguiente te registras en tu consultorio el cual te volvera a llamar para mandarte a la unifila en este proceso pueden pasar de 5 a 6 horas una vez q te llaman para pasarte a la unifila lkegas a ala ventanilla de la mecionada y ahi te dicen q tienes q esperar para q te hubiquen un consultorio ahi pasa de 50 min a horavy media si corres con suerte despues q te llaman te dicen q te reportes al consultorio q te van a asignar y pues ahi otro tanto ...la verdad es increible todo el tiempo q tardan en atenderte ....
When for some circunsatancias you are late for your appointment and you lose it is a severe problem and q the process of UNIFILA is as follows you check in your office which you will call back to enjoin the UNIFILA in this process can go from 5 to 6 hours once q call you to spend the UNIFILA lkegas a wing window of the mecionada and there tell you q have q wait for q you hubiquen an office there goes 50 min at half horavy if you run hopefully after q call you you you say q q reports to the office they'll assign and then there as much ... the truth is amazing all the time q takes to assist ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha burocracia. Para una simple incapacidad. Dos días me tomo en sacar una incapacidad de tres días. Gaste dinero en traslado comida y tiempo. Mejor hubiera aceptado la falta sale más barato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor clínica del IMSS en el área metropolitana, te hacen dar vueltas con dicicaciones diferentes las personas que están adentro del hospital que las que te dan información afuera. No son para nada amables las personas que ersna dando informes. A veces hasta gritan.... De las peores experiencias en el IMSS son de está clínica. (Antes iba. Ala clínica 31 y créanme, la diferencia en la calidad del servicio es bastante...). Vayan con mucha paciencia.
The worst IMSS clinic in the metropolitan area, the people who are inside the hospital make you go around with different words than those who give you information outside. The people who are giving reports are not friendly at all. Sometimes they even scream... One of the worst experiences in the IMSS is from this clinic. (I used to go to Clinic Wing 31 and believe me, the difference in the quality of service is quite a bit...). Go very patiently.
