Pésimo servicio en ventanilla de Archivo y para cobrar tus incapacidades, mucha burocracia en tiempos de la era digital, son incompetentes para asesorar a los usuarios y arreglar sus errores al capturar la información, NO NOS ESTÁN HACIENDO UN FAVOR, están haciendo su trabajo por lo que debengan un salario que sale de los contribuyentes y de las cuotas de los derechohabientes, ojalá y sí privatizaran el IMSS para que se queden los más aptos y competentes para atender a los usuarios, son NEFASTOS Y MISERABLES. Se la viven tragando y platicando en horario de oficina, @IMSS pongan orden.

Falta personal que atienda. En el módulo de atención, no hay nadie. Llevamos esperando más de 40 minutos y tienen un horario impreso en la ventanilla el cual no cumplen.

Fui a realizar tramites de incapacidad por COVID y las filas son enormes, llegue desde las 2 de la tarde ya las 6 de la tarde nada habìan resuelto, desde el vigilante, hasta las asistentes mèdicas, nadie tiene una buena cara para atender a los derechohabientes. Salio el coordinador clinico en turno que se supone que debe resolver los problemas... Y solo contesto que para tramites agendaramos en cita virtual, pero las citas estan muchos dias despues... Dan un mal servicio en general

Hay un exceso de derechohabientes, se tiene q hacer una gran fila para poder ingresar a la clínica....... autoridades!!!!!! Verifiquen y reasigne a otras clínicas a los asegurados, hay un alto porcentaje de adultos mayores haciendo fila en pleno sol.

Pésima atención, desde la guardia que está en la puerta hasta de los Doctores, en dental la Dra. Del consultorio 1 es nefasta, no te explica que te hace y te lo hace de fea forma, y lo peor es que cuando sacas cita por internet te mandan con ella y te trata horrible, y si le dices que te duele, y solo te dice con su carota que es normal.. a veces creo que no son humanos, por la forma en que te tratan!! De por sí vas sintiéndote mal y sales peor por el trato???

Llegué con dolor de estómago y diarrea , quería ir a consulta para sacar incapacidad al consultorio 34 en la tarde y la asistente Fabiola Ortega me dijo que esos eran sintomas de covid; simplemente no me quería atender. Pase con su jefa, me atendió Jessica Palafox y me dijo que me esperara, llego la jefa María Valdéz y me dijo que efectivamente eran sintomas de covid y tenía que hacer la prueba si quería que me atendieran. ¿En serio? Baje a formarme y mucha gente enferma realmente de las vías aéreas. Está es la peor clínica en la que he estado y utilizan el covid como pretexto para no atenderte y con miedo a que te enfermes esperando la dichosa prueba. Estoy considerando meter una queja formal de dichos servidores. Pesima atención.
