★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En urgencias son unos incompetentes, casi me matan a mi madre, le perforaron el único riñón que tiene al ponerle un catéter doble j y le causaron un cuadro de infección crónico que no supieron resolver, la saque con alta voluntaria para llevarla a un particular y el reporte medico indica que fueron negligentes e incompetentes, e interpondré una queja para un reembolso de todo lo que tuvimos que gastar por su incompetencia, nos dejaron en la ruina y nos hicieron sufrir mucho, lastima que tienes que poner una estrella para poder publicarlo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando estás en piso las enfermeras y doctores son muy atentos el detalle esbpasar urgencias es un verdadero lío yo me tuve que pelear con un doctor casi agarrarlo golpes X la ineptitud del servicio mi hermana sufrió crisis de parálisis facial desde las 17 30 hrs que llego a urgencia eran las 4 de la mañana y aún no le atendía únicamente le habían tomado datos que poca de verdadd señores no se dejen acuérdense que el imss es el numero 1 en muerte de covid X lo mismo de la ineptitud de gente en urgencis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cancelaron la cita sin previo aviso, fila de 1 hora en recepción para reprogramar, a una señora ya grande la tenían de arriba para abajo para su cita, arriba le decían que ahí no era, abajo le decían que tampoco, personal poco empático, llamas y te contestan (recepción) de una forma prepotente y te cuelgan
Se les olvida la misión que es servir y ayudar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia. Personal con poca empatía uno quiere hablar con directivos y el mismo personal pone trabas para no llegar a ellos y te traen de un lado a otro sin dar soluciones. Yo solo espero que esos que hicieron pasar mis corajes se les regrese el karma ya que ni un reporte pude poner pues me decían que en trabajo social primer piso y me topé con la misma insensibilidad sin poder reportar al personal prepotente e insensible.
Bad experience. Staff with little empathy one wants to talk to managers and the same staff puts obstacles in order not to reach them and they bring you from one place to another without giving solutions. I just hope that those who put my courage through get their karma back, since I couldn't even put a report because they told me that in social work first floor and I ran into the same insensitivity without being able to report the arrogant and insensitive staff.
