P	Patty Real on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio via telefónica, tengo 20 días llamando para sacar una cita para mi madre que es de la tercera edad y siempre esta ocupada la linea y cuando logro que contesten me dejan esperando mas de media hora y nunca contestan, solo cuelgan. Llame a dirección le di mi queja y no me soluciono nada. No tienen consideración, educación y ética en su trabajo. Terrible phone service, I have 20 days calling to make an appointment for my mother who is elderly and the line is always busy and when I get them to answer they leave me waiting for more than half an hour and they never answer, they just hang up. Call the management I gave my complaint and it did not solve anything. They have no consideration, education and ethics in their work.

What good service, they are all very friendly and even though it is a very small unit and there are many people, they attend you very well and you leave quickly.
F	Firefly Grave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considera que es el seguro y todo ese sistema es deficiente, la cita te la hacen para dentro de un mes, si vas de improviso sí te atienden pero tendrás que esperar aproximadamente 2 horas. El personal médico es amable y se entiende que no se dan a basto con tanta gente. tristemente hay más personal administrativo que doctores. Consider that it is the insurance and all that system is deficient, the appointment is made for you within a month, if you go unexpectedly they will attend you but you will have to wait approximately 2 hours. The medical staff are friendly and it is understood that they do not cope with so many people. sadly there are more administrative staff than doctors.

Entiendo que no somos país de primer mundo pero no respetan las horas de citas, tienen un "pequeño" desfase de hasta 5 horas (te citan a las 2 te atienden hasta las 7), la doctora del consultorio 2 T/V es súper lenta e inconsciente con los pacientes. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I understand that we are not a first world country but they do not respect appointment times, they have a "small" time lag of up to 5 hours (they make an appointment at 2 and attend to you until 7), the doctor at the 2 T/V office is super slow and unconscious with patients.

No saben orientarte en nada. No ayudan en nada. Son el perfecto ejemplo del burócrata mexicano por excelencia, es decir, son funcionarios inútiles. Every time you go to do a paperwork they put a new obstacle on you and they bring you back every week and every time you come back there is a new “but” or obstacle. They don't know how to guide you. They don't help at all. They are the perfect example of the Mexican bureaucrat par excellence, that is, they are useless officials.
