pesima atencion fui de los primeros en entregar mi tarjeton y estuve desde las 10 de la mañana y no me atendieron soy del turno verpertino y me fui hasta que se acabaron las consultas de que sirve tener y pagar seguro si jamas te van a atender

Por donde empezar: Servicio pésimo, la atención deja mucho que desear, son déspotas, prepotentes e incompetentes, mala organización puesto que hay que estar muy temprano (llegar a las 2 de la mañana) para que te puedan atender y arriesgando a que te manden a la fregada porque no alcanzaste consulta porque solo pasan 20 personas máximo y las demás quedan en "espera". Son una parvada de flojos, si se pusieran las pilas atenderían a más personas tanto en la mañana como en la tarde. No es justo que estés pagando el seguro tantos años para que salgan con esos tratos infrahumanos y deplorables. Reitero, terrible servicio, un verdadero asco. Todo un calvario para aspirar apenas una consulta. De urgencias ni hablar, ni pararse ahí. Ya sin mencionar la calle que esta toda llena de tierra, lodo, baches. Es un bodrio, un insulto para el derechohabientes. No merecen ni una estrella.

El servicio es pecimo el dia de oi asisti a consulta por sintomas de covi19 y resulta que el director de la clinica .no dejo que me atendieran que por que su puestamente no estoy dada de alta en la clinica. Me sacaron .la doctora rompio mi vigencia y el supuesto jefe clinico me agredio.. es un asco de clinica

Servicio ineficiente y pésimo Como es posible que te tengas que ir a dormir desde un dia antes a las 10 de la noche para poder alcanzar algo, nunca te dan cita, y es mínima la cantidad de personas a las que atienden

Por dónde empezar llegue a las 9 y salí a las 8 de la noche Fui en tres ocasiones porque no alcanzaba lugar, entre a enfermedades respiratorias y me atendió una doctora gorda malumurada, gruñona grosera sin nada de empatía, hay otros doctores y una doctora más, ellos me dieron buen trato.

Si pudiera se pudiera poner cuarta estrella lo pondría, pero la verdad es que es un pésimo servicio, falta de empatía, sentido de tolerancia, complejos de superioridad y trato al paciente como si fuera animal, pero en fin es preferible pagar un seguro de gastos médicos mayores y ser tratado con dignidad, que tener un seguro ¡"gratuito"! Y ser tratado como animal.

Cómo es posible que se diga URGENCIAS las 24 hrs cuando llegas muy mal y preguntas a qué hrs empiezan con la atención y te digan empezamos a las 8 am la atencion, señores es URGENCIAS no consulta medico familiar, pésimo servicio y basta de tolerar este servicio si es que se puede llamar de esta manera, levantemos la voz si no fuera por nosotros ellos no tendrían trabajo . Ojalá me contesten y digan donde puedo dirigirme para una queja sobre esto o necesito por mis medios demandar por negligencia médica?
