El dia de hoy mi esposa y mis suegros llevaron a mi niña recien nacida, nacio el martes y se le dio cita para hoy para que se le hiciera el tamizaje, somos de saltillo, y aun no se regresaba mi esposa por que estaba aun lastimada. En la clinica le dicen, no se le puede hacer, nececita darla de alta, y aunque le hicieramos los estudios, como son de Saltillo, a la hora de mandarle los resultados, se pueden extraviar en el camino y no llegarian.... Hazme el bendito favor.!!! Pesimo.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita encargada del area de tramites de marcha me atendio muy amablemente y no dure mas que 5 min en el tramite a realizar, ademas de ver la clinica muy limpia y muy grande, primera vez que hago un tramite y me parecio sorprendente el trato. Felicidades al IMMS y a sus trabajadores.
The lady in charge of the area of procedures of march attended me very kindly and did not last more than 5 min in the procedure to be performed, besides seeing the clinic very clean and very large, first time I do a procedure and I found the treatment surprising. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi nunca tienen medicamento, el coordinador médico es un déspota, muy grosero y mucho del personal atiende de lo peor y comienzan a gritar al derechohabiente por cualquier cosa. El control de acceso no es muy eficiente, ya van varias personas con posible COVID que han entrado y tienen que llamar a personal para desinfectar, eso retrasa las consultas.
Algunos médicos y asistentes son amables, pero lamentablemente son mínimos.
They almost never have medicine, the medical coordinator is a despot, very rude and many of the staff take care of the worst and begin to yell at the beneficiary for anything. Access control is not very efficient, there are already several people with possible COVID who have entered and have to call staff to disinfect, that delays the consultations.
Some doctors and assistants are friendly, but sadly they are minimal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésima atención, llegas y disque seas puntual pero llegas antes y se pasa como una hora para que te atiendan aaaaah pero no llegues un minuto tarde porque te cancelan la cita y no te atienden son bien desgraciados en serio no se porque tienen esa regla si ellos mismos no la respetan y para una simple vacuna de la influenza tmb se tardan siendo que ni gente hay una vez me toco que solo estaba yo y mi niña y la sra nomas estaba ahi platike y platike y me fue a otro prevenis y me dijo el enfermero ke que ahí no me tocaba en serioo nefasta atencion no se porque son asi si ganan muy bien y tienen muy buenas prestaciones gracias a nuestros impuestos ya pongansen las pilas ya dejen de ser huevones... saludos raza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con atención así jamás me volvería a parar en esa clínica, si estando en urgencias la recepcionista y la enfermera están dormidas imagínense la doctora, llevaba más de 30 minutos esperando a que me atendieran , la recepción estaba sola y resulta que estaban dormidos, todos modorros para atender ni sabían lo que hacían. Eso sí queda claro, que si alguien de esta muriendo y lo llevan ahí para cuando salgan a atender ya estaría muerta la persona.
Falta de calidad, servicio y atención. No vale la pena ser "derechohabiente" de ese espantoso lugar
