★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tengo una duda, si no eres derechohabiente y quieres ir a medicina preventiva para la colocacion del dispositivo.... no saben si tiene algun costo, si te lo pueden colocar, si tienes que sacar cita o en que horario atienden???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy a consulta, y me preguntan por qué no he ido a darme de alta, le digo que me mandaron a mi servicio medico, por una crisis hipertensiva, y me dice que para poderme darme consulta necesito regresar con un comprobante de Domicilio actual, y una fotografía para mí Carnet y pasa a no sé dónde para ver.... Si me autorizan la consulta, que les pasa uno paga sus Cuotas para que no lo atiendan , estamos mal.

Entregan 100 fichas por turno, la gente empieza a llegar a las 4 de la mañana para formarse y a las 8 empiezan a pasar a la gente, es un poco tardado el proceso si no alcanzas ficha puedes formarte para el turno de la tarde y de igual forma son 100 fichas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez el servicio es más deplorable, citas seguidas sin doctores disponibles y los asignados a la bastante ajenos a su compromiso (ojo, a mi experiencia), es lamentable que como derechohabientes literalmente mendiguemos un servicio por el cuál estamos pagando. El sistema de salud necesita comprometerse a pesar de sus limitaciones, así como hacemos todos día a día.
Each time the service is more deplorable, appointments followed without available doctors and those assigned to the quite unrelated to their commitment (eye, in my experience), it is unfortunate that as beneficiaries we literally beg for a service for which we are paying. The health system needs to compromise despite its limitations, just as we all do from day to day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta clínica ya tiene muchos años funcionando, pero la atención del personal que está en entrada, no tiene tacto para tratar con las personas, son muy groseros, falta de empatia y no proporcionan la información como debe, pues ni ellos saben.
Ahora personal que labora dentro, como los encargados de laboratorio ? y rayos x etc. Que atienden en mostrador. De verdad pésima atención ; que estudiaron??? Porque no tienen ni tantita humanidad, empatia para tratar con los pacientes. Pides información o ayuda para resolver algún problema que ellos mismos cometen por error en programar citas de turno, y en lugar que te den soluciones te mandan a reprogramar cita (cuando tu para tu cita de de masto, tuviste que esperar 3 meses y por su error de turno que no corresponde al matutino si no al vespertino, pero ellos te la dieron para el matutino, no te pueden realizar tus estudios. De verdad que lástima y si la persona le urge y no cuenta con los recursos????
Esa es la atención que merecen los derecho habientes o pencionados.
Cuando toda su vida cumplieron con sus aportaciones????

You ask for information or help to solve a problem that they themselves make by mistake in scheduling shift appointments, and instead of giving you solutions, they send you to reschedule an appointment (when you stop for your masto appointment, you had to wait 3 months and for your Shift error that does not correspond to the morning if not to the evening, but they gave it to you for the morning, they cannot carry out your studies. Really what a pity and if the person urges him and does not have the resources ????
That is the attention that the right holders or penalized deserve.
