★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mucho una de las peores clínicas de el imss, servicio nefasto, los pseudo doctores a cargo de de coordinación son déspotas, es sorprendente ver el grado de ineptitud y falta de empatía para con los pacientes, ojalá algún día corran a estos imbéciles y dejen a dr preparados tanto en medicina como en trato humano!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, llegue a urgencias porque no saque cita para fin de semana, le pregunto al Chavo que está en ventanilla si están atendiendo y dice que si , que en lo que llega la Srta del segundo turno pero que no sabe que horario maneje, que él está cubriendo en lo que llega. No saben los horarios de sus doctores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá en verdad algún día tomen en cuenta las opiniones de los DERECHOHABIENTES el servicio es PÉSIMO de la mayoría es pésimo. La actitud de la DOCTORA que está en la entrada de la Coordinación es terrible!!! El servicio NO es GRATIS las cuotas obrero patronales que pagamos son altísimas!!! Debo aclarar que el único que intento ayudarme fue RUBÉN el chico del módulo de información lamentablemente no tuvo éxito en Coordinación.
I really hope one day they take into account the opinions of the RIGHT HOLDERS the service is AWFUL of the majority is awful. The attitude of the DOCTOR who is at the entrance of the Coordination is terrible!!! The service is NOT FREE the employer worker fees we pay are very high!!! Tengo problemas para cobrar mi incapacidad por covid y llevo más de un mes, entre la clinica y el banco HSBC se tiran la bolita conmigo ya que no quieren pagarme por un "error" en la impresión de mi acta de incapacidad y la clinica no quiere reimprimirme nuevamente . Sólo me tienen de lunes en lunes yendo para nada. No creo ser el único que tenga este problema actualmente y ese dinero es necesario para nosotros los asegurados.
Horrible, they simply do not attend to you and only give you the plane. I have problems collecting my disability due to covid and it has been more than a month, between the clinic and the HSBC bank they throw the ball with me since they do not want to pay me for an "error" in the printing of my disability certificate and the clinic does not want reprint me again. They only have me from Monday to Monday going for nothing. I don't think I'm the only one currently having this problem and that money is necessary for us policyholders.
