Their customer service is very good and the results they give you are remarkable, and they will always provide you with the best option for what you are looking for and your body type. Nestor, my therapist, always spoke the truth to me and was super professional. ?
Plus, the prices are accessible and the place is always very clean, taking great care of the sanitation of its rooms. 10/10 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los amo. La calidad, la atención, los precios, la ubicación... siempre que estoy en México voy con ellos y siempre bromeo que me debo de quedar a vivir en el edificio para que todos los días pueda verlos. Un súper equipo, gente linda y cálida. Súper recomendados.
I love them. The quality, the attention, the prices, the location ... whenever I am in Mexico I go with them and I always joke that I must stay and live in the building so that I can see them every day. A super team, nice and warm people. Super recommended.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience here. I was nervous to get any type of medical treatment as an American visiting Mexico City, and Alex was able to put my nervousness to rest.
He made sure I was comfortable at all times, that I understood the procedures he was performing and best practices (using a helpful translator app that I started using as well because it worked so effectively). Most importantly, Alex was laser focused on my satisfaction with his services. Anything I showed even mild hesitation with was immediately addressed and done so very professionally.
Alex went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding service and I will definitely be back to visit during my next trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this clinic while I was visiting Mexico City. They scheduled a video call with me before I arrived and took the time to discuss different options for coolplas/coolsculpting/cryolipolysis as well as various facial services they offer. Because I am not a fluent Spanish speaker, they were very accommodating and provided a technician Erik who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
When I finally came for my sessions (three in total because they offer helpful packages) the same technician who I met with beforehand was there to help. They did a fantastic job making of making me comfortable throughout the process and the facial I got was the best I ever had. They went into detail and cleaned every last pore. I couldn't be happier!
