★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí a consulta con la oftalmólogo Adai, y necesité lentes, solicité que me hicieran la graduación pero no la hicieron bien, me dolía mucho la cabeza cada vez que me los ponía, los llevé a componer 3 veces y no les hicieron nada, me cansé de pedir que los graduaran bien. Pagué más de 5000 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención de la Oftalmológa Adai, nada amable, es burlona y déspota. Lleve a mi hijo y al hacerle preguntas de dudas que tenia a la doctora me respondía de manera burlona y prepotente. Al final le dije que los lentes que le recetó los iba a checarlos en otra óptica, pues habioa visto un modelo que le gustó a mi hijo y como no se los compre a ella me contestó de manera muy grosera y se enojó muchisimo. Nada recomendable, si no han ido ni vayan.

La empleada entró a comunicarle a alguien mi petición y contestó que no. Yo sí tuve que proporcionar todos mis datos y ellos no quisieron darme algo que es servicio al público. Además, no tienen a la vista el contrato de privacidad.
