★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Dr. Omar es un gran veterinario y persona. Las instalaciones y los doctores son de primera, siempre le han dado el tratamiento adecuado a mis mascotas (perros y gatos).
Dr. Omar is a great vet and person. The facilities and the doctors are first class, they have always given the proper treatment to my pets (dogs and cats).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good veterinary clinic and animal hospital. The best thing is: it opens 24hrs so in case of any emergency situation with your beloved pet, there's a place to go. Things I don't like "that much" is the fact that every single time you take your pet there, a new vet will attend you. Good service tough but, you got to tell the whole story about your dog/cat/pet to this new guy every time... Not a very personalized service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's sad that I have to change my review but my latest experience here has been far from ideal.
Our pup had to be committed for several days as he has pneumonia, and we have been coming in twice daily to check up on him.
The first consultation was fine, but on our daily visits, we noticed we (pup included) were being given very little attention. The staff wouldn't give us enough information, some times we actually left without even getting an update from a doctor. Our dog was also not getting better. I also had the distinct feeling that they were getting annoyed at us coming over every day.
They said they were waiting on several tests, which we just today discovered were actually overlooked, and hadn't even been done! It's like they forgot about the little guy.
The 'lead' doctors are very good at what they do, but it seems they don't put in a lot of attention to a long term case as ours was. They are always all busy on consultations, so the patients that are staying for longer are left to the very incompetent care of the technical staff.
Needless to say, we won't be going there anymore.
If you have an emergency, this place is probably fine, but sadly, I don't trust them anymore to take care of our dogs.
