★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima comunicación. Mentiras a darte información. Malísimo seguimiento. El seguro Qualitas me mandó a este taller de tercera y entre los dos no haces uno. Increíble el nivel de frustración con un servicio tan malo. Casi un mes en conseguir un rin y una llanta. A pedir informes mentira tras mentira.
 Bad communication. Lies to give you information. Terrible follow-up. Qualitas insurance sent me to this third-rate workshop and between the two of you you don't do one. Unbelievable the level of frustration with such bad service. Almost a month to get a wheel and tire. To request reports lie after lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te roban piezas, piden refacciones y no te las cambian, te dejan las mismas pero reparadas, hay que revisar bien con la aseguradora que y que les enviaron, las recepcionistas nunca contestan, te dan largas para no entregarte tu vehículo, nunca te avisan como va tu carro, te lo dejan casi peor de como llego la taller, al final tuve que recibirlo así por qué nada más nada que te lo entregan.
Lo único bueno es la atención que te dan los que reciben los vehículos y los que te hacen la valuación de los daños.
They steal parts, ask for spare parts and do not change them, they leave you the same but repaired, you have to check well with the insurance company that sent them, the receptionists never answer, they give you long to not give you your vehicle, they never tell you how Your car is going, they leave it almost worse than how the workshop arrived, in the end I had to receive it like this, why nothing more than they give it to you.
The only good thing is the attention given to you by those who receive the vehicles and those who make the valuation of the damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve mi camioneta por un golpe a pintar y a los 2 meses se hizo opaca la pintura y se empezó a caer, la volví a llevar por garantía y volvió a pasar lo mismo a los 15 días.
No volvería a usar su servicio por nada, hay mejores lugares que no son agencia y más económicos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've struggled to find a good mechanic since I moved here a year-and-a-half ago. I've been through several, one more incompetent and shady than the next.
I had a problem with air blowing out one side and heat blowing out the other. Several mechanics told me it would be very expensive or they couldn't get the parts. I took it to Clinica Automotriz, and they fixed it in a day for 500 pesos. They checked over everything for me and pointed out some things I didn't know about that were causing our car to shake on the highway. The initial estimate was astronomical for the part, but they said they had a machinist in Celaya that might be able to fix it. They said it might take more than a week.
Being a bit of a doom-and-gloom person, I steeled myself for the worst. Long story short, they delivered the car after five days at less than a quarter of the price they originally quoted me! What more could you ask for?
Respectful, prompt, high-quality service. Highly recommended! It's located down the side-street between Bridgestone and Smart Space and to the left. Ask for Genero.
