We talked to schedule an appointment for a sonogram, they told us that they did not accept appointments, that we showed up at 8:00 a.m. to be seen. The next day, there we were at 7:45 a.m., the desert place. At about 8:10 am the receptionist arrived, we indicated that we wanted a sonogram and the first thing he asks us is if we had an appointment !!!!! ..... What's up? They tell us that they do not make appointments and then ask for the appointment! The receptionist then tells us that the doctor who makes the sonograms handles her own appointments and that if we wanted to be taken care of we would return at 9:30 a.m. I asked for the phone number to call the Doctor and she did not want to give it, I asked her to speak with the Clinic Administrator and said that it did not arrive until 10:00 am. I asked the administrator's name and email and he did not want to provide it. It is a lack of respect for the patient. They should be better organized so we do not waste our valuable time.

Bad. Bad attention, HORRIBLE place. the equipment is old and ugly. Even wheelchairs falling over. Think twice if you land here. Maybe social security is better damn it!

Super grateful to the staff in the emergency room who treated me super well, and to all the nurses who were taking care of me when I came out of surgery. They made one of the worst times of my life not feel so bad. I wish you blessings and I am deeply grateful to you.

My brother-in-law, Eduardo Vizcaino, was operated on urgently, for a clot in the mecenteric artery, being a successful operation.
