I do not recommend the clinic... they have very obsolete and old equipment. And Dr. Maria Vieyra He never realized that my baby had a tangled cord and we wanted it to be a natural birth... My baby was born at IMSS and we did very well and the care was incredible.

The Director is very rude, her treatment of us was horrible, she spoke to us asshole all the time, she does not see in patients a life to help only the money she can get from them. Like the receptionist the unpleasant way of addressing not only my family but everyone else in the place. Horrible everything, if you can avoid this place.

Terrible service and COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT, there is no Doctor on duty!!! THERE ARE NEVER DOCTORS just for Income and charging fees. They wanted to do an unnecessary surgery on my mother, after many studies and in the end none of them worked according to the diagnosis until she was opened and it turns out that what she needed was a probe!!! NOTHING RECOMMENDED, zero service and there is no HOSPITAL quality

For starters they never accept card payments, only cash. I went to consultations with Dr. Vieyra, however, every time we went to consultation, she did not have the attention with one. He never got up from the desk, or told his assistant to pass us as patients, one had to be chasing the doctor to see if we could pass. Since we entered the office, which by the way was not very neat and messy, the doctor spent her time on her cell phone without telling you: let's allow a moment, I'm sending a message or something similar. Until several minutes passed, he listened to you, he sent you to the ultrasound, where he did not explain how the pregnancy is going unless you ask him. I told him that I was allergic to such medication and he prescribed me a medication with the substance that I was allergic to (what I'm saying is that he doesn't even pay attention to what you tell him). Obviously we do not return after 3 consultations, because apart from that they do not even mark you to confirm an appointment a day before. That also speaks volumes that they are not interested in patients.

Super bad experience. A nurse named Legna from 1 floor bathed my uncle in bed and I did not take care of his privacy nor did he care that the water was cold and my father said that he was cold and since he could hardly speak I ignored him until he finished his bath I covered him, my Auntie did stay quiet but I didn't because it was really bad. And it's not all apart, he spoke badly to his partner and one didn't even get involved, he spoke well to me because he was a family member but I really can't imagine that lady as a nurse. As a recommendation I can tell you to never remain silent, we are family members and we pay for good care.

Great! My sister had a surgery in this clinic and the attention of the nurses was very warm, kind and human, at the beginning it scared me a little because of the comments I read but I leave my testimony since it was a very good experience. Thank you!

excellent service and costs, when I was looking for a cesarean section it was the best option for what they offered and I was very satisfied with the service. the second time it was an emergency and I really appreciate all the service and all the facilities and for their efficient service an excellent cost, I highly recommend the staff that attended us from reception, nurses and of course doctors
