V	VELNIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me da mucha vergüenza que una persona tan grosera y desagradable atienda la recepción del laboratorio, necesitaba el servicio a domicilio para un familiar pero desde el inicio la "profesional" que en realidad no lo es se puso a cuestionar mi dirección alegando que no puede ser posible que mi casa este cerca de los cuarteles si ellos también lo tienen muy cerca por eso me dijo "nada que ver digame que mas tiene cerca" siendo grosera todo el tiempo y es incapaz de entender una dirección diciendo que las calles son paralelas y no puede dar vuelta a la derecha! que pena pues la clínica es excelente pero por personas como ella pierden clientes y no solo yo sino todos mis conocidos. Muchas gracias por su ineptitud y mal trato no es mi culpa que usted sea una persona que carece de neuronas a usted se le paga por dar una atención al cliente pero en 5 ocasiones me pregunto lo mismo ,cual era el nombre del Dr? Que estudios quiere? Cual era su numero? Y el nombre del paciente? Que vergüenza que la clínica la tenga a usted como trabajadora.
