Being there from the first moment they give you a very good treatment, all the doctors, especially the nurse who touched me, are very nice and very precise in explaining what they will do to you. It is not an experience which I would like to tell you that you would occupy living but if necessary this is the perfect place. I had the ILE MVA method under local anesthesia Although it was painful, the doctor and nurses never stopped talking to me or trying to calm me down since the pain was almost unbearable, they were all kind, cute, and understanding. Talking to a psychologist before passing DOES make the difference between other clinics that do not have this option. I did not present so many posterior pains but I could see how a girl was given a lot of care (tea, hot packs, etc.) It is a clinic that really makes you feel accompanied in a decision that may not be easy. They left my partner alone in the room when she was having panic attacks and the worst thing is that we bought the Silver IUD and they put the copper one on us!!! I had an unpleasant experience for me, the only good thing was the attention and kindness of the receptionists and the nurse who took vital signs, but from the consultation, despite the fact that I arrived very punctually, I felt the attention of the Dr. very quickly, like very "on the run", she left me with many doubts and I left more than scared, nervous and confused by a misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy (this last very dangerous). I still mentioned that it had started 4 days earlier, with bleeding (it lasted up to 2 weeks, more intense in the 2nd week and with clots) among other symptoms, the same details that did not seem to be relevant in the review. Doing several studies already in another laboratory and the consultation in another place, my diagnosis was a spontaneous abortion. I didn't go back even for the follow-up. The warmth that they say so much, was far away for me, so much so that their answer below, that "it's been a month and that the version is different" is like "we don't care about your experience or they underestimate the feeling of a patient" , still that it is very difficult for one to go through many decision-making or judgments of others, instead of just saying: well, we are going to improve our process of medical care and assessment and that's it.
