I contacted Dr. Luo through WhatsApp and she gave me detailed instructions on cost, location and what to expect. She so very kind and caring! She even opened her clinic on Sunday (which is usually closed) just for me because I was leaving and she wanted to make sure my rash was gone. I had 3 sessions with her and my rash is 90% better! Come here if you’re looking for healing/medicine that WORKS!

The staff was friendly but did not seem very professional. I had a consultation with the owner who seemed to apply a ‘one size fits all’ to fertility acupuncture. She didn’t look at my tongue or feel my pulse, which are key diagnostic methods in acupuncture. I saw three different staff during my two weeks - all choosing completely different acupuncture points. On a public holiday, instead of closing the clinic, they sent me the secretary! Moreover, this clinic reuses needles (on the same person), not even using an autoclave. Due to infection risks, the WHO has advised against this practice ages ago.
