★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, receta sin nombre del paciente ni de quién te atiende. Solo te ven superficialmente y te dicen que todo está bien pero sin diagnóstico concreto. FATAL!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tardaron dos horas y media, primero me pasaron con una doctora que nunca salió, pasaron a gente que llegó después que yo, no me atendían pase con un médico me dilataron la pupila y otra hora más esperando cuando me pasaron el médico me trató muy mal mal trato no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte de los doctores me explicaron que tenía bien claro y me dieron tratamiento y me cure en 4 días,luego lleve a mi mamá de 80 años y le diagnosticaron cataratas la operaron en una semana y ahora ya está viendo bien con ese ojo falta el otro ojo.Los precios de la cirugía y de las consultas me parecen muy razonables pero lo más importante es que si son médicos especialistas no como en otros lugares como sala uno que yo creo son apenas estudiantes que mandar a dar consulta mala y a captar pacientes solamente.Yo recomiendo ampliamente el centro oftalmologico de oriente y a sus doctores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato de las recepcionistas, en especial de la chica de cabello negro & la señora de lentes con cabello rubio; son personas déspotas, discriminan a las personas más humildes & no tienen paciencia para explicar. Por parte de los médicos la mayoría son buenos a excepción de la médico extranjera siempre quiere operar sin explicar al paciente qué tiene.
Bad treatment from the receptionists, especially the black-haired girl & the lady with glasses with blond hair; They are despotic people, they discriminate against the most humble people & they have no patience to explain. On the part of the doctors most are good except for the foreign doctor always wants to operate without explaining to the patient what he has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre confié en esta gente para atendernos, sin embargo por causas que no entiendo ni justifico, el profesionalismo (al menos de quien nos atendió) fue nimio, trato áspero y poco empático. Lo lamento por la gente de calidad que pueda seguir trabajando aquí, pero no puedo recomendarlos más.
I always trusted these people to assist us, however for reasons that I neither understand nor justify, the professionalism (at least of those who attended us) was insignificant, harsh treatment and not very empathetic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La consulta cuesta 300$,médicos deficientes,no t explican,solo quieren sacar dinero,para todo es cirugía, les expliqué que la salud de mi familiar es delicada,pero no les importó saber lo q le pasaba,sin estudios de laboratorio dicen q al otro día puedes ir a cirugía, q ese mismo día t vas a casa,solo es el precio d cirugía 2500 y si te facturan 3300,al preguntarle al doctor si solo el hace la cirugía dice si,parecen ser muy buenos,pero no,las instalaciones son limpias pero es muy incompetente y deficiente cada uno de sus servicios

Cuando asistes tienes en mente que el personal aporte sus conocimientos para mejorar tu visión, pero te encuentras con tiempos excesivos de espera, consultas de 5 minutos, engaño en sus receta y molestia sino consumes sus insumos.
No merece una sola estrella.
