La experiencia que tuve en este hospital fue como empleado en el área de ENFERMERIA, que quizá pueda ayudar a pacientes a ir a un mejor lugar. En primer lugar el hospital es atendido por dos doctores los cuales en ocasiones se van todo el día y ni atienden a los pacientes hospitalizados. O se encuentran más atentos a las reparaciones de su cafetería. Cuentan con área COVID o área aislada, lo malo es que su personal de limpieza no se encuentra capacitado para sanitizar las áreas y obligan a las enfermeras a hacer dicha labor, lo cual tampoco sería problema si te capacitaran pero no lo hacen, por lo cual todo el hospital se encuentra contáminado. No usan equipo de protección personal los doctores, recepción, farmacia etc. para evitar el aumento de contagios, argumentando que la Fe de Dios los proteje de la enfermedad ya que es un hospital "afiliado" a la iglesia cristiana, lo cual no es malo, lo malo es cuando exponen a todos los demás por sus acciones. Exponiendo incluso a niños ya que los hijos de algunos empleados andan libremente por el hospital en áreas críticas. Estuve en área de quirófano una ocasión y puedo afirmar por cuenta propia que de igual manera el área se encuentra contáminada. No cumplen con lineamientos ni normativas para una cirugía segura. Mucho de su medicamento está caducado y eso que emplean en áreas de quirófano y urgencias. Y para compañeros del gremio enfermero, NO RECOMIEND EN LO MAS MINIMO TRABAJAR AQUI. - Horarios de más de 12 horas en ocasiones. -Salario bajisimo -te pagan cuando quieren y lo que quieren. -El dr.zapata no ofrece contrato ni prestaciones mínimas de ley, faltó de palabra y ética profesional. - no vacaciones -no seguridad social Exploración laboral. Recomiendo ir ampliamente a otro lugar que si sea responsable con doctores mejor preparados. Lic. Enf. M. Aguilar. ??? The hospital as an infrastructure is fine. Lo que me maravillo fue sus precios de Laboratorio, y hospitalización. Felicito a los doctores que nos atendieron, al cirujano que atendió a mi hijo. Al área de enfermería que son muy atentos y cordiales. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Gracias a todos los del hospital por sus atenciones.
