★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi mamá porque se supone que tiene que ir con cita, se le pregunto a quien las genera que en que horario tenían disponible, nos citaron 2:30 pm, al llegar llegamos primero pero aún así nos dijeron que otro chico pasaría antes, que porque la doctora tardaría unos 15 min en llegar, lo cual no fue así a las 3:00 preguntamos que pasaba y nos dijeron que la doctora venía "poquito" tarde, después de eso ya no nos dijeron nada, pero si le avisaron al otro chico que la doctora no vendría, entonces no hay profesionalismo ni tampoco un poco de conciencia de decir la doctora no va a llegar, les reagendamos, tuvimos que preguntar nosotros.
I took my mom because she is supposed to go by appointment, the person who generates them was asked what time they were available, they made an appointment for us at 2:30 pm, when we arrived we arrived first but they still told us that another boy would come before, that because the doctor would take about 15 minutes to arrive, which was not the case at 3:00 we asked what was happening and they told us that the doctor was coming "a little" late, after that they did not tell us anything, but they did notify the another boy that the doctor would not come, so there is no professionalism nor a little conscience to say the doctor is not going to come, we rescheduled them, we had to ask ourselves.
