★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Neuróloga Dra. Acosta es excelente. Eso si; siempre debes llegar cuando menos 15 minutos antes de la hora de tu cita. Cuando vamos a verla, nunca demora más de 30 minutos en recibirte. Las enfermeras se sientan adentro de un cubículo a platicar en vez de atender a los pacientes y si no llegas a tiempo no son muy amables.
 The neurologist Dr. Acosta is excellent. That yes; You should always arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. When we go to see her, it never takes more than 30 minutes to receive you. The nurses sit inside a cubicle to talk instead of caring for the patients and if you don't arrive on time they are not very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el encargado de archivo es una persona amargada que solamente está viendo que procedimiento administrativo se realiza mal para molestar y va corriendo con el asistente de la dirección y estigmatiza al usuario psiquiátrico es despectivo pido que lo quiten de ese lugar es el primer contacto con el pcte y encontrar una persona así que mal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es desesperante que nunca contestan al teléfono que aparece en la web. A veces se requiere uno apoyo urgente y simplemente nunca contestan. Sería bueno que ofrecieran varias líneas telefónicas o que el personal estuviera más atento a atender las llamadas.
It is exasperating that they never answer the phone that appears on the web. Sometimes urgent support is required and they simply never answer. It would be nice if they offered multiple phone lines or if the staff were more attentive to taking calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé cómo seleccionen al personal del ISSSTE, que labora en esa clínica, pero parece que les pagan por estar de malas todo el tiempo, les preguntas se molestan.
La parte médica si mis respetos muy especializada y muy buena atención al paciente.
I don't know how to select the ISSSTE staff, who work in that clinic, but it seems they get paid for being bad all the time, they are bothered by questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio en la farmacia son groseras, prepotentes y siempre están platicando entre compañeros en lugar de atender te atienden de mala gana ya reporte al quejas del ISSSTE pero me pidieron el nombre de la persona quien oviamente no me lo quiso proporcionar
The service in the pharmacy is terrible, they are rude, arrogant and they are always talking among colleagues instead of attending, they serve you reluctantly and I already reported complaints to the ISSSTE but they asked me for the name of the person who obviously did not want to provide it to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia he recibido muy buena atención , agradezco en verdad las sesiones terapéuticas que me brindaron hace Como ocho años y actualmente además de la atención han facilitado gestión para que me atiendan en el hospital 1o de Octubre.
Que Dios bendiga a todo el personal que ahí labora!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El jefe de archivo es grosero y prepotente y querer hablar con el Director de la Clínica es como querer hablar con el presidente. Los psiquiatras te atienden de mala gana y para el colmo muchas veces no tienen los medicamentos que te recetan como el clonazepam
The file manager is rude and arrogant and wanting to talk to the Director of the Clinic is like wanting to talk to the president. Psychiatrists treat you reluctantly and to top it off, many times they do not have the medications that they prescribe, such as clonazepam.
