★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento y no se respeta la sana distancia y los trámites para sacar alguna cita para especialidad es muy tardado aun teniendo referencia de otra clínica con vigencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se por que abren a las 7:00 seguen es el horario de atención y en verdad te atienden a partir de las 8:00, y según dejan de laborar a las 2:30 ,pero en realidad a partir de la 1:00 ya no hay atención, entonces modifiquen su horario de 8:00 a 12:45 ,por que en verdad se pasan ,y te dicen llegue temprano para que a partir de las 7:00 lo atiendan y pues no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente no sé para qué ponen un número de teléfono, hay personas que no podemos ir físicamente a la clínica para preguntar cualquier cosa y tenemos que llamar, pero parece que tienen la línea de adorno, no sirve de nada si no está disponible, o como dice la operadora "el buzón está lleno". No es posible que no se pueda comunicar con una clínica de salud, ¿en qué año están? PÉSIMO!!!!!
I honestly do not know why they put a phone number, there are people who cannot physically go to the clinic to ask anything and we have to call, but it seems that they have the adornment line, it is useless if it is not available, or like the operator says "the mailbox is full". It is not possible that you cannot contact a health clinic, what year are they in? APPALLING!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es exclusiva para seguimiento por asma y el doctor me dijo que no me atendía hasta que hiciera la prueba covid y pues a buscar pero en semáforo rojo la atención de fin de semana está cerrada en centros de salud y los kioscos abren hasta las 10. Entonces donde esta la atención oportuna?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La enfermera de displacia saca a todas sin preguntar con quién es tu cita por su culpa espere casi 1 hr. Para pasar a mi cita con la ginecóloga y casi pierdo mi cita por su culpa aparte de que se pone con una actitud prepotente ? y recibe los carnets de personas que tiene preferencia antes que las otras personas.
Solo pongo las cuatro porque la doctora me recibió y es muy atenta y profesional ?
The dysplacia nurse takes everyone out without asking who your appointment is with because of her, wait almost 1 hr. To go to my appointment with the gynecologist and I almost missed my appointment because of her other than that she gets with an arrogant attitude ? and receives the cards of people who have preference before other people.
I only put four because the doctor received me and is very attentive and professional ?
