Teníamos cita 9:30 nisiquiera estaba abierto, sale una señorita a barrer la entrada nos acercamos para entrar y en tono déspota ,arrogante y grosera a más no poder ni los buenos días nos dió, se dirigió a nosotros con un grosero: qué se le ofrece?!! Impidiendonos el paso, le dije tenemos cita y no nos dejó pasar diciendo aún no abre con su tontito pedante , ya para eso decidimos irnos para nunca regresar , TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE!!! We had an appointment 9:30 was not even open, a young lady came out to sweep the entrance, we approached to enter and in a despotic tone, arrogant and rude to the best of our ability, nor the good morning she gave us, she addressed us with a rude: what was she offers?!! Stopping us, I told him we have an appointment and he did not let us pass saying he still does not open with his pedantic fool, and for that we decided to leave and never return, TERRIBLE.

Not only did he heal my infection, but his professional expertise and humanity convinced me on a level where I even trusted him with the Lasik-operation of my eyes. The best decision of my life! Today, 2 years later, I required an emergency check for a different query and again received the same warm welcome, excellent service, professional consultation and immediate help. What can I say. I'm thrilled to have found such an expert in him. Highly recommended! Big thanks again to Dr. Irving and his team!
P	Piet & Bri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with Doctor Irving! My husband had laser eye surgery with doctor Irving and has nothing but good things to say. Doctor Irving explained the procedure step by step (in excellent English) in our first appointment in Playa when he did the initial examination. The lasik eye surgery itself is performed in Cancun as a day procedure. Dr Irving actually sat beside my husband in the waiting room and chatted with him and was very personable. My husband felt extremely comfortable and confident in the full procedure with Dr Irving. Had 2 followup appointments (1 day after and one month after) back in Playa. Husband went from -7 in both eyes to 20/20 vision. Would highly recommend! And the cost is about 1/4 of what it costs back in Canada! Great experience all around!
