★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobraron cara la operación de mi mascota y no la hicieron bien, tuve que cambiar de veterinario. Que malo que se aprovechen asi de la gente.
Al llegar como emergencia nos hicieron esperar 40 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor lugar al que pude llevar a mi gata. La calidad del servicio y conocimientos de los doctores es de lo mejor, la doctora que atendió a mi gata de inicio a fin es la mejor que he conocido.
Mi gata tenía un adenocarcinoma mamario por lo que tuvo que pasar varios procedimientos quirúrgicos por las recidivas, la doctora tenía un excelente conocimiento sobre gatos el cual hacia que mi gata dejara hacerse diferentes procedimientos de forma tranquila como sacarse sangre de la yugular, inyecciones, exploración física y demás (a pesar de que mi gata era agresiva). Las cirugías que le realizaron jamás se infectaron, los tumores siempre fueron extraídos con bordes limpios. Mi gata nunca se complicó durante las cirugías que le realizaron.
Doctores responsables, comprometidos, humanitarios. La mejor atención que mi gata recibió sin que fuera traumático para ella.
LO RECOMIENDO TOTALMENTE, ya qué en todo Puebla es el único lugar que cuenta con una doctora especialista en gatos.
Los doctores dan los tratamientos adecuados, ni más ni menos, dan los diagnósticos acertados.
The best place I could take my cat. The quality of the service and knowledge of the doctors is the best, the doctor who attended my cat from start to finish is the best I have ever met.
My cat had a breast adenocarcinoma so she had to undergo several surgical procedures for recurrences, the doctor had excellent knowledge about cats which made it easy for my cat to do different procedures such as drawing blood from the jugular, injections, examination physical and others (even though my cat was aggressive). His surgeries were never infected, the tumors were always removed with clean edges. My cat never complicated during the surgeries they performed on her.
Responsible, committed, humanitarian doctors. The best care my cat received without being traumatic to her.
I FULLY RECOMMEND IT, since in all of Puebla it is the only place that has a doctor specialized in cats.
Doctors give the right treatments, no more and no less, they give the correct diagnoses.
