I went to the emergency room with a respiratory infection the doctor was so sure it was covid they didn't even listen to my lungs they told me my covid test would cost over 2000 pesos I said I would go somewhere else and then they changed the price to 600 I ended up not getting a correct diagnosis or treatment and had to go to another Dr it was a total waste of money and they treated me terrible because they were afraid of me you should never make your patient feel bad for being sick

We went today to get an antigen test before our flight in a few days, and it was a very pleasant experience. All of the staff that we spoke with were polite and friendly! Max, who administered our tests was wonderful and made the experience much more comfortable! Mucho gracias!

It was good for the PCR Covid test. Almost no English spoken, but they are patient with foreigners making an effort with limited Spanish. I eventually figured out where to go and what to do. From that point, everything was fast and efficient.

I found this hospital on a list of local hospitals and doctors on the US Consulate website. I went to the emergency room because I thought I had suffered a stroke because the left side of my face was partially paralyzed. I was quickly and efficiently processed. Within five minutes I was being examined by Dr. Castillo-Poot. He spoke excellent English and after the exam determined that I had a viral infection that was causing the problem with my facial muscles and that I had not suffered a stroke. He prescribed some medications and advised me to follow up with my own doctor when I returned to Guadalajara in a few days. I was very relieved by the doctors diagnosis. He was very calming during the exam and in his explanation of the problem and his recommendations for recovery. I am so happy this doctor was on duty when I showed up at the hospital. Quick, professional care, great doctor, excellent pricing. I was on my way back to my hotel within 20 minutes of arriving at the Emergency Room. When I returned to Guadalajara a few days later and went in to see my Doctor he concurred with the diagnosis. Thank you so much for the good care you gave me.

Great place to get your pre-travel covid test. Bring your passport and flight info. Walk in and take a number. It takes about 2 hours to get your results via a web application. The staff is generally helpful and try to be communicative if you don't speak Spanish. DO make sure to check the price. Ive been 3 times and once they tried to charge me 3000 pesos... the rest were 500ish.

My primary physician is located here and I've also had to use their ER and medical lab for the past few years - always have had a good experience. All the doctors I've seen have spoken English and while the staff speaks minimal English, if at all, they are always very patient with my butchered Spanish.

Good overall. Staff is helpful. Remember that not all the staff works directly for the hospital so they can be somewhat rude if you end up with bad luck. Parking is great; but you can park around the hospital for free sometimes so it's not mandatory.

Getting the covid test was easy here, you will need your passport and flight info. The parking garage entrance is well defined, and costs less than a dollar (less than 20 pesos currently) for an hour. Small qtip up the nose for about 3-5 seconds, and you're done. We kinda got lost inside, so here are some directions. When you're coming up the parking garage, you'll see the entrance on the right, you're on the second floor. Go to the elevator down to the PB (iirc), you'll see the area in the photo soon. You'll pay about 500 pesos for the antigen test which is accepted by US customs. Results in 1hr, the process takes 20 minutes or so, unless you forget my navigation advice and end up going into a lot of the wrong places. Digital records are online, you can also pick them up if you'd like. USA America (so searchers can find this)
