★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni los cuidan bien porque se fugan, nos tienen drogados todo el tiempo, nos cambian la bebida por un coctel de pastillas que te dejan babeando.
no hay actividades físicas, la tal Sandra ni siquiera es psicóloga y se siente con mucha autoridad cuando ella se burla de nuestra adicción diciendo que era adicta al cigarro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una estafa, dan el mismo tratamiento a todo tipo de adicción, golpearon a mi esposo sin que opusiera resistencia, ya que ellos mismos lo habian drogado hasta el full via intravenosa y lo metierona un cuarto todo desorientado y drogado por ellos mismos! y ahí se hizo mucho daño con las paredes y puertas, no dan seguimiento personalizado a pesar del alto costo y las enfermas ni siquiera pueden cargar ni manipular un paciente, de hecho no están tituladas por tanto no saben tratar pacientes ni ningún tipo de adicción, para todo les dan pastillas psiquiátricas muy muy fuertes que no son para el tratamiento de adicciones y que pueden provocar lesiones cerebrales permanentes y graves. Muy mala elección, en verdad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, dicen que, trabajan todo el dia ,contestaron mi llamada al siguiente dia, ni siquiera te llaman te mandan la info por whats app como.si te vendieran cualquurr cosa , no te explican nada y al comentarles sobre esto te bloquean...! Si ese es el trato a un familiar no me imagino a un interno!

If that is the treatment of a relative, I cannot imagine an intern!

Tal vez no es maltrato físico pero si psicológico, te dicen que mientras estés dentro, no tienes derechos! Aun teniendo 26 años.
El psiquiatra ni se diga, con una consulta de 3 minutos ya te diagnosticó. (cobrando más de 5000 pesos)
Y hacen todo lo posible para convencer a la familia de que aun estás mal y hacen pagar otros 70 000 pesos para que te quedes 3 meses. No quería decir esto, pero el personal tiene relaciones con los internos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un paciente ahí y tuvo un problema cardíaco y su forma de traslado fue pésima, cuando salió del hospital para llevarlo al esta clínica en su camioneta vieja, iban a 140 kilómetros sobre el periférico,,,, eso es muy incompetente.... Nunca contestan el teléfono y son nefastas las supuestas visitas al enfermo. Pésimo servicio.... Tengo video

Por favor, si estas en la necesidad de ingresar a un miembro de tu familia, amigo, a alguien que amas a una clínica donde proporcionan estos tipos de ayuda, a pesar de los permisos que muestran, pide opiniones de los que ya estuvieron realmente y vivieron un proceso y trato en el lugar,pide opiniones y recomendaciones a médicos especialistas que sean de confianza y seriedad. No sólo estarán resguardando la integridad física, emocional y mental momentánea de él paciente si no aunque suene exagerado también un futuro esperado...
