★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drive from Houston to Nuevo Laredo to see Dr.Carlos Javier.He is very professional,he explained to you any issue with plenty details.,He has eye contact with you and he keeps record of all your nedical fil devoutly .He never looks in a hurry.He is checking my vascular system and some of details with my skin face .I higly recommended him.Some times you have to wait almost 2 hours but it is worthy.
